About the Program and How You Can Earn Referral $$$:
We are a leading mortgage brokerage (basically a home loan negotiator) that helps people get best rates etc. with banks and lenders. We are currently running a Gift Card campaign at UBC, and that’s where you come in. While you may not yet be ready for a mortgage yourself, you may know a family member, relative, or anyone else, who may benefit from our services. If you are able to refer them to us, we would reward you with a gift card (up to $1000).
How it Works:
Once we receive the referral, we will contact the referral and begin the initial consultation. If we end up completing a mortgage home loan for them, you will receive a gift card up to $1000, calculated as $100 per $100,000 (or portion of) of funded amount. For example, suppose you refer your parents to us, and they complete a $775,000 mortgage, we will issue you a gift card for $775! It’s that simple. Below is a list of gift card options:
