Options for Small Business Owners
Confirmable Income
This option is available to those who can provide 3rd party validation of their income (ex. via Canada Revenue Agency NOAs, audited Financial Statements etc).
Self-Declared Income
This option allows for those who are not able to demonstrate their full income via 3rd party documentation. Here, we present a reasonable self-declared income to the lender which is based upon industry or business type, tenure, and other factors. Mortgage default insurance fee is required for this option.
Cash-Flows from Bank Statements
When business or personal bank statements can show a net cash-flows via consistent business revenue related deposits, we may use this to demonstrate your ability to repay the mortgage. Business related expenses and invoices may also be required.
Alternative Lending
When the above options are not available, fear not. We have access to a broad range of alternative and private lender options, who are able to make lending decisions based on the overall strength of the application. We have seen all kinds of scenarios, and will be able to determine the best fit for your situation, and often able to offer you multiple options to choose from.
Equipment Leasing
For any equipment that may depreciate over time, or become outdated, Equipment Leasing is generally better from a tax perspective than purchase financing, and allows you to preserve capital.
Business Lending
Working Capital - This includes, operating lines of credit, accounts receivable factoring, or purchase order financing.
Growth and Transition Capital - For the acquisition of divisions, or of entire businesses, including management buyouts. We also support owners and shareholders looking to unlock some of the equity value in their private corporations.
